- What is Bay Guest Rewards?
This is a new loyalty program under Bay Hotels & Resorts to reward loyal customers. They can register with us and earn points, which can be used to redeem complimentary or future stays at lower rates.
- Who can join Bay Guest Rewards?
Everyone is welcome to join us a member and be rewarded for being our loyal customer as long as you are above 21 years of age.
- What are the benefits for being a member?
Guaranteed discounts: You enjoy best guaranteed rates immediately after signing up and will get best members’ rates always.
Free stays: Use your earned points to redeem free future stays. With every qualified SGD1 spend, you will earn 1 point. Every 40 points is equivalent to SGD1 value.
Late check-out at 3PM: Enjoy early check-in and late check-out without extra charges.
Special rates for dining and event promotions: Receive members-only exclusive promotions and discounts.
- Do i have to pay to be a member?
Membership is absolutely free. You will receive an email to reset your password upon sign-up. To access any balance, feel free to login to your account.
- When will my membership expire?
Membership will be valid lifetime. Points earned will expire 2 years from date of issue.
- Where and how can i utilise the points?
Bay Rewards points accumulation and redemption is only valid for Bay Hotel Singapore at the moment. For redemption, login to your account and upon payment, you can key in the number of points which you would like to use for offsetting the outstanding amount.

- Signing up for Bay Guest Rewards is complimentary via www.bayhotelsingapore.com
- Members will receive a confirmation email when they sign up, after which they may log in to personal account on the website via their email and password
- Members are to provide their email address and identification when required at the hotels as no physical cards are issued to members
- By signing up as a member, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions set by Bay Hotels & Resorts Pte Ltd (BHR)
- Benefits: Discounted room rate for members
- Room rate discount is shown upon members log in to their membership account
- Room booking must be made directly via hotel website, reservations or corporate sales
- Benefits: Early check-in, late check-out & guaranteed reservation
- Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability
- Validity period
- Bay Guest Rewards is a lifetime membership
- Un-utilised points will expire after two years from date of issue
- Bay Hotels & Resorts Pte Ltd (BHR) reserves the right to terminate the membership within 30 days of notice
- Should there be any misuse, Bay Hotels & Resorts Pte Ltd (BHR) reserves the right to terminate the member’s account and forfeit all the points
- Issuance of points
- Bay Hotels & Resorts Pte Ltd (BHR) reserves the right to update the currency rate for issuance of points earned with every qualifying night or stay
- Points are issued for qualifying room rates inclusive of packages and taxes, to members booking via own channels such as www.bayhotelsingapore.com, reservations or sales and stay overnight at the hotel
- Points are issued within 1 day after check out, to each corresponding invoice
- If the points have not been issued accordingly, please contact the Membership Centre via the following steps:
- Send confirmation of room booking to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Allow 72 working hours for a response to the request
- Redemption of points
- Points received can only be used from the next visit and will only be awarded after checkout
- 40 points will be equivalent to SGD1 during redemption (estimated)
- Transfer of Bay Guest Rewards
- Membership is not transferable
